Ingredients | Macaron Filling Ideas¾ cup white sugar2 tablespoons all-purpose flour2 tablespoons grated orange zest½ cup orange juice2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice1 egg1 cup whipped creamDirectionsIn a saucepan over medium heat mix the white sugar, flour, orange juice, orange zest, lemon juice and the egg. Cook until thickened. Remove from heat and let cool completely before folding in the whipped cream.
